Remote Jobsites

Remote sites may have restricted access and longer material or service supply lines. Compare machine dimensions, documented capacities and order-specific support terms before selecting a model.

Remote Jobsites Questions

Confirm the access route, working dimensions, fuel and material availability, required output, transport limits and the support terms available for the specific order.

Use documented concrete yield rather than drum capacity. RB1600 lists 1.6 m³ yield and RB2500 lists 2.5 m³ yield. RB4000’s 4 m³ figure describes drum capacity and should not be presented as concrete output.

List the destination documents and the model-specific initial spares you require. Their availability, prices and lead times must be confirmed in the quotation.

Do not assume on-site or remote assistance is included. Confirm the contact channel, response scope, warranty process, parts responsibility and any travel or freight costs in the written agreement.

Tell Us the Task — We’ll Name the Machine

Describe the work in your own words: what gets dug, what gets poured, where the site is and how far it is from supply. Our sales engineers map it to a model, a configuration and a shipping plan.
